Hi - a few years back you sent us a new set of Hoity Toity His and Her pillowcases as the ones that were given to me 12 years ago were starting to look a bit jaded. Well now we need some more - we use them every night, so we can't complain! I do wash them, just dry them quickly!...when we travel either to friends, hotels, or holiday homes, we always take our own pillows complete with our hoitytoity pillow cases! I'm sure that many chamber maids have had a giggle at them! Our friends certainly have!...Many thanks and kind regards - don't stop doing the pillow cases!!! I don't want to have to keep a set back so that we can take them to the grave with us, but if you stop them, I'll have to or we won't rest easy! - Kate & Rich - 21/1/2013

...I have never experienced such awesome customer service with any internet purchase that I have ever made.  It would have been very simple to just say that they were discontinued, - but you went out of your way to not only find a glass, - but to make sure it travelled to the other side of the world in one piece.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on your products/ website, i bought 2 pairs of your pillow cases from The Rocks markets a few years back and they're still with me, gave one pair to a mate of mine who just got married. Very different and quirky which is what made me purchase them. The designs and the baby model you used on your website is also very appealing.

Unfortunately i don't have kids myself just yet otherwise i would've bought the entire range of babies wear! It's very different like your pillow cases and very funny! Hope (i'm sure you are) you go from strength to strength and see your range in stores one day!

Hi Sarah,
I visited your stall at The Rocks Markets on Sunday in order to purchase a gift for a friend but the romper I wanted wasn't available in the size I required.  The young lady I spoke to there suggested I order through your site as orders are usually shipped fairly quickly.  So I jumped online yesterday afternoon and ordered my two rompers.
 
And they arrived today!!  Thank you so much for processing my order so quickly and shipping the rompers so promptly.  These are a gift for a friend in Paris so I will include your card and let her know how impressed I have been at your superb customer service.
