If you join the Hoity Toity® Club or place an order you will be asked to submit personal details including your name, mailing address, and your phone number.
As a customer or Club member we will keep you up-to-date with offers and promotions. With your permission we need to collect your email address. We will not share this information with any third party (they don't deserve it...this club is exclusive!!). Simply contact us by email should you wish to remove yourself from our email list.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will refund your money provided you return the product in its original condition. If your order arrives and is not what you ordered or is faulty, you may return it to us within 14 working days for a full refund or replacement and we will also refund your postage.
On receipt of the item we will immediately process your refund. Please include your invoice with the returned item/s.

Can I buy your product anywhere else?
At present Hoity Toity® products are available at this online store or at our market stall at The Rocks Market, George St. Sydney. In the future we intend to make Hoity Toity available in more outlets and will be sure to let you know when this happens.
Do you still sell the hoity toity® pillowslips?

Do you make customised designs?
In brief, no. There are many online T-shirt businesses that will make T-shirts to your design or custom specification. Hoity Toity® aims to be unique. We want to offer our designs exclusively as the creative process is what we love doing.
Can I put my baby romper in the normal wash?
Hoity Toity® rompers are 100% cotton and the print is made of a plastisol material which is very durable and will withstand wash after wash. You do need to read the care instructions on the back of the garment’s label as there are certain rules you will need to observe when washing and drying.
